EPG code commented-out and EPG projects removed from solution (Reason: EPG is now useless, until movistar proprietary DVBBINSTP stream data can be interpreted)
Removed DVB from UI texts and in code whenever possible
Base namespace changed from Project.DvbIpTv. to Project.IpTv.
